Hello! My name is Christina but most call me Chrissy. Thank you for taking the time to check us out! I’ll try to not ramble here...

I'm a passionate and driven business owner who specializes in helping fitness centers successfully open/reopen their facilities. With 20+ years of experience in the fitness industry, I have a deep understanding of the challenges that business owners face, especially when it comes to reopening after a long period of closure. My extensive background in management, sales, operations, but most importantly, leadership, has helped numerous owners navigate the complexities of opening. I have been blessed to have spent the last 10 years working with boutique fitness studios and gyms, simplifying their sales process, rebuilding their internal foundations, develop effective marketing strategies to attract new members, and ultimately helping them find solutions to what they have been challenged with. 

I started NLFS with the intent of creating customized programs based on your needs, because although there are similarities within the industry, no one studio or gym is ever alike. They are all unique and survive differently. I enjoy the puzzle and putting all of the pieces together and finding ways to help your business grow and succeed.

Hi, my name is Eunice! 

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 5 years and couldn’t imagine my life any other way! I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Certified Group Fitness Instructor through NASM and ACE! I have worn many different hats at both boutique studios as well as larger scale gyms, in management as well as product development. I am passionate about PEOPLE and cultivating positive relationships.
